"You can tell santa's been round here. Lots of mini motors, Gopeds and scooters on the road ridden by youngsters with no experience, no training, no licence and no insurance. Pulled one over the other week and because he had no insurance, his vehicle was taken away. Had to explain to his parents the reasons why. They didn't realise that he needed insurance to ride his Goped on the road."
