Now the weather's a bit brighter, people seem to be buying mopeds thick and fast with CBT (Compulsory Basic Training) riders throwing their machines around the roads.

You can tell santa's been round here. Lots of mini motors, Gopeds and scooters on the road ridden by youngsters with no experience, no training, no licence and no insurance.

I think this one thought he wouldn't be seen on a dark, winter's night but I did see a biker travelling through the centre of Neath on Saturday wearing nothing other than a crash helmet, pair of boots and Christmas tree lights wrapped around his body! Not a pretty sight.

BBQ season's here but that's no excuse for having a few drinks and then getting on the bike. One biker obviously forgot the drink/drive laws after a few beers.
